Norwich City become the fourth Premier League side to announce tour plans for this summer in the United States, the team confirmed their schedule over the weekend.
The Canaries will arrive in the United States on July 15th and hold training in a location to be determined in the Bay Area of Northern California. Their first friendly will be in Sacramento on Thursday July 18th against an opponent to be determined, but rumors are that Club America of the Mexican League will be other team.
Next the club will travel 30 miles west to San Jose where they will take on the Earthquakes of Major League Soccer at Buck Shaw Stadium on Saturday July 20th.
The final match of the Canaries tour will be in Portland, OR where they will face the Timbers on Wednesday July 24th.
Norwich City will spend an additional day in the Rose City before flying back home to the United Kingdom on Friday Jul 26th.
With two matches left in the Premier League Season the Canaries sit three points ahead of the final relegation spot. A win against West Bromwich Albion or Manchester City in the final week would likely secure another season of play in England's highest football league.
