Here we are once again! Welcome to your afternoon edition of Front Money Friday. Week 10 looks to have some very important matches for us at both ends of the table. Let us take a look at how I believe the weekend will turn out.
Manchester United vs. Arsenal
This week I'm being a little nice and giving you the good stuff first. Manchester United are looking like a powerhouse club once again this season. Some strong cup and European performances add to their almost league dominance. Arsenal have not looked their usual selves as of late. Hopefully Jack can provide them a little spark again.
Fulham vs. Everton
Everton started off their season very strong, but I have struggled away from home as of late. The last three away fixtures all ending in draws. Their trip to Craven Cottage on the weekend looks to give them another chance at three points.. as long as Berbatov doesn't have the game of his life.
The Gamble: Everton
Norwich City vs. Stoke City
Hopefully Geoff Cameron can show up big over the weekend as he has. He will need to hold up the backline strong with Shawcross and company. Grant Holt has been stepping up it a little as of late. The Potters better watch out.
The Gamble: Stoke City
Sunderland vs. Aston Villa
Aston Villa is floating dangerously close to the relegation zone. Three points could be huge for them. Fletcher and Sunderland look to have something to say about that, though. My "money" says Sunderland currently have a little bit of the edge on form.
The Gamble: Sunderland
Chelsea vs. Swansea City
The league leaders look set to pull of another victory coming soon. There is no doubt Swansea City might give them a run for their money (I'm really into that word this afternoon), though. The Welsh club has taken a huge step forward from the inaugural Premier League season last year.
The Gamble: Chelsea
Tottenham Hotspur vs. Wigan Athletic
Looks like another good time for AVB and his boys to grab another three points and solidify that Champions League qualifying spot even more. Wigan Athletic might see themselves drop even closer to the dreaded red zone.
The Gamble: Tottenham Hotspur
West Ham United vs. Manchester City
Manchester City have struggled with away games as of late. Their quality of play has just not been what it is at home; both within the league and around Europe. The Hammers look like a group of men ready to prove they're nowhere near ready to drop back down to the Championship anytime soon.
The Gamble: A Draw
Queens Park Rangers vs. Reading
Reading might finally have a chance to pull themselves out of the bottom three. Putting five goals away against Arsenal in League Cup play during the week gives the London lads something to worry about. Reading look to be a fairly strong squad that has just not gotten the chance to feel victory in the top flight.
The Gamble: Reading
Liverpool vs. Newcastle United
Another mid-table duel awaits us in Week 10. Liverpool have finally looked to be executing Brendan Rogers style. Look for them to continue their climb up the table and possibly even surpass their opponent.
The Gamble: Liverpool
