Front Money Friday: Premier League Week 5

Welcome back to Front Money Friday for Week 5 of the Barclays Premier League. Let us not waste any time and get right down to my picks for this weekend's action.

Swansea City vs. Everton
Despite both clubs not getting as strong of a result last week as their first few in their campaigns, overall they're both still on pretty good form. The boys at Liberty Stadium look set to match even with the Everton crew.
The Gamble: A Draw

Chelsea vs. Stoke City
There looks to be no reason why Chelsea should not continue their excellent start to the season. With Stoke's Andy Wilkinson serving his first of a  three-match ban, that should provide the boys in blue even more ease to be threatening going towards goal.
The Gamble: Chelsea

Southampton vs. Aston Villa
Some say this Southampton's weekends to finally get a point. I beg to differ. Aston Villa's strong showing against a solid Swansea City looks to put them on top of The Saints at the end of 90 minutes.
The Gamble: Aston Villa

West Bromwich Albion vs. Reading
Reading is the other newly promoted club looking for their first points. Looks like that won't happen once again this weekend. West Brom comes into the match without Odemwingle who is out for a red card, but Romelu Lukaku seems ready to solidify his spot in the starting eleven. His drive along with the squads form should push them to three points.
The Gamble: West Bromwich Albion

West Ham United vs. Sunderland
On the opposite end of the promotion spectrum from Reading and Southampton sits The Hammers in the top half of the table. After a season back in the Championship below the West Ham boys have risen  back to the Premier league ready to go. Continue with the form they're on and they are set.
The Gamble: West Ham United

Wigan Athletic vs. Fulham
Fulham looked to have lacked any conviction in Week 3. Then came Dimitar Berbatov over from Manchester United. Scoring a brace in his debut that led 3-0 win over West Brom. Looks like he has provided the spark I thought he wouldn't.
The Gamble: Fulham

Liverpool vs. Manchester United
The Anfield youngsters had a great match Thursday against Switzerland's Young Boys. If Brendan Rogers uses this tactic (subbing in regular starters) against The Reds, then they might just have a chance. They did tie the other Manchester giants 2-2. As much as I'd like Liverpool to begin their climb back into the top half the table, I don't see Manchester United having an issue.
The Gamble: Manchester United

Newcastle United vs. Norwich City
The Canaries haven't gotten off to such a quality start as they did in their first Premier league season last year. Newcastle United look set to have another strong mid-table season. Hopefully Norwich City defense can pull out another scoreless draw.
The Gamble: Newcastle United

Manchester City vs. Arsenal
Arsenal stomped Southampton. Manchester City couldn't hold a lead for two seconds against Real Madrid in Champions League. That's not saying much, though.
The Gamble: A Draw

NO BRAINER OF THE WEEK:
Tottenham Hotspur vs. Queens Park Rangers
The Gamble: Tottenham Hotspur (or Tottenham might have to pull a Chelsea on AVB)

That's it for your Week 5 predictions of the Barclays Premier League. Hope you enjoyed the comments and notes! Please feel free to respond below with your thoughts for the weekend. Stay tuned next Friday for Week 6 Gambles.
